Mesa This mare has a special place in Ed's heart. Mesa is a big mare, 15.3" hands and she has a great mind. She is extremely calm, intelligent and athletic. Mesa is a "Bar Mesa" daughter and our Alpha Mare. She is not demonstrative in her "alpha" position, she simply needs to give another horse "the look" and maybe a pinned ear and volumes have been spoken. She is extremely obedient to people and is very quiet and easy going ...well, except when she thinks it's time to eat. Check out her foals on "Jake's Album" page. Mesa is a great trail horse and is an incredible Team Penner and Sorter. She has even chased down and rounded up a bull that got loose!! And she's fast!! Ellie Daughter of Champion Eternal Impression and Granddaughter of World Champion Impressive, Ellie is an awesome mare (HYPP N/N). Ellie is just shy of her Halter Championship and has been shown in Hunter Under Hack, she's also a great lesson horse and is she ever smooth to ride!. We purchased her in foal to "Ima Smokin Zipper" (AQHA Superior Western Pleasure, AQHA High Point Trail Horse Stallion and numerous other award standings).
