2002 Black and White Paint Colt

"Tux"

Tux has been imprinted and ground work has started.  He has had a lot of handling so he is friendly and willing...a real sweetheart, he'd rather say hi and be petted then to eat.  Tux would make a great stallion prospect and would excel in Halter, Western Pleasure, working cows and riding trails.  Both Sire and Dam are all around athletes...Tux is sure to follow in their footsteps as his siblings have.

Tux was born 3/2002.  He is by "Jake",  "Flashem UR Badge"; out of "Mesa", our solid black AQHA Bar Mesa Daughter, "Sparkling Mesa".

"Tux" is for his beautiful black and white Tuxedo he is wearing.  His APHA name is "Leo's Pawnee Mount".

Check back for more recent photos as they become available.

It's very unusual to see a foal roll so we just had to share this picture.

Tux  at 4 months old, his baby coat is almost gone here.  He has since lost all the baby hair and he is jet black.

We had visitors to see the new baby, here he is just a few days old and very friendly.
