Jake's "Image"

Trail riding in the beautiful Cuyamaca State Park.  If you've ever been there you know the trails are fun and can be challenging, particularly to the top of the mountain.  Image took it all in stride and loved every minute of it, just like his Sire and Dam.  For more info on horse camping and trail riding at Cuyamaca go to www.cuyamaca.statepark.org.

As you can see Image loves his people.

Our gelding, Jake's Image (1998), as his name implies looks just like his sire...Jake (Flashem UR Badge).

"Image" is out of our solid black AQHA mare, "Sparkling Mesa".

Image is personality +.  He just loves to work and go and be with people.

Image and his dam "Sparkling Mesa".  "Sparkling Mesa" is a Bar Mesa Daughter.

Image is hoping to convince Ed that he should share the apple. Check out how much Image is leaning around Ed

We took Image out to the Borrego Desert for some trail riding.  He was a blast.  Here he is testing the water to make sure those "little green lizards" that swallow big brown horses won't get him.  We love this picture, check out the nostril marks left in the water by his blowing.

Image has decided the water is safe and now it's time to play..he could really flip the water.  Image is certainly a character...full of personality.  He keeps us laughing.
